Terms & Conditions
New Companies Limited ('the Company') undertakes to provide goods and services on the following conditions:i. Fees payable in respect of work undertaken for the Client shall be paid at the time of order or instruction, whether written, verbal, by e-mail or in any other manner, unless credit terms have been agreed in advance.ii. Credit terms, where agreed, are strictly thirty days from the date of invoice.iii. In the event of additional goods or services being provided beyond those specified at the time of the original order / Instructions, the Company reserves the right to make an additional charge for such goods or services. Where possible, a reasonable estimate for such additional goods or services shall be provided in advance.iv. Should the client cancel their order / instructions before completion of the work undertaken, then the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on expenditure for fees, goods, time and other directly related costs expended to the date of cancellation.v. The client undertakes to return all documentation required by the Company in a timeous manner. In the event of their failing to do so the Company reserves the right to cancel the contract and make a cancellation charge as in condition v. above.vi. The Company accepts no responsibility for failure by the Registrar of Companies to register a name selected by the client.vii. The client agrees to indemnify the Company, its directors, employees and agents against any cause of action resulting from the provision of services of any kind, including but not restricted to administrative or nominee services, and in addition, any cause of action arising from the clients actions or failure to act either personally or on behalf of the Company.viii. This agreement is subject to the Law of Scotland.
